Data represent the results of univariable general linear models for neuropsychological test z-scores using MTL metabolism as a predictor, after controlling for age, sex, and education. Significant p-values are shown in boldface after false discovery rate correction for multiple statistical testing across 72 regression analyses (six predictors by 12 cognitive tests). Analyses were performed separately on the AD spectrum (NC + AD + MD), DLB spectrum (NC + DLB + MD), and in the disease group (AD + DLB + MD). β = standardized beta coefficient.
